We are sure you would like to join us in extending a massive congratulations to Kathryn and Helen, who this month got the great news that they had passed their final ATT exams with flying colours, meaning that they are both now fully qualified at the highest possible level at both AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and ATT (Association of Taxation Technicians).
6 years, 22 exams each, 100% success rate – we couldn’t be more proud!
When asked about the secret to their (100%) success, both Kathryn and Helen put it down to hard work, discipline and focus. We certainly recognise those traits in them in their working environment, and know how tough it has been studying so hard while also working full time in a demanding job and supporting their children through A Levels, transitions to high school and university!!
Both Kathryn and Helen are going to take a well earned summer break from studying before deciding which further qualifications they wish pursue, and are very excited to share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of trainee accountants as we welcome Olivia and Theo to our organisation over the coming weeks… more on this to follow…
As a final aside on the topic of great people, if you are in business it’s good to remember that regardless of what you do, what you make, what you sell, every business is a people business – look after your people and they in turn will look after your clients and your business.
