Tax Manager Vacancy
We are an award-winning and fast-growing dynamic firm of Stockport accountants and currently have an opening for a tax manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
You will run your own portfolio of personal tax clients and be responsible for the technical and professional development of our tax team members.
The role of tax manager will also include reviewing corporation tax computations; attending client meetings; remuneration and other planning and advisory opportunities as well as dealing with HMRC enquiries where relevant.
As a key member of a small team you will also have a responsibility for quality control in other parts of the business.
Experience needed
The successful candidate will have great experience in the accountancy profession; strong client communication and interpersonal skills; tried and tested experience in personal tax, in particular, and will also be a great team player.
You will report directly to the managing director and for the right candidate there is the opportunity to participate in the growth and development of the business while building on your own skills and knowledge in this area.
