My first accountant as a small business. They were recommended to me by another accountant. Had a really bad experience. It's clear they usually just work with big companies because they didn't have my best interest at heart. Didn't tell me I didn't need to be registered for VAT and continued to keep taking the quarterly payments to process the VAT until I deregistered on my own accord. Processed a payroll for me and never sent me a payslip or P60 until I asked for them again a year later. Terrible and really put me off accountants until I found a new one that actually cared about my small business. Would not recommend if you're a small business.

I have seen their Company grow significantly from their humble offices on Buxton Road to their new offices in Hazel Grove. They operate a simple and secure customer portal which is easily accessible and allows you to see all historical and current accounts / submissions. It is also an area where you approve the various returns on line. I have been allocated the same team for many years which allows a strong, trusting relationship to develop.
