Stockport Accountants IN Accountancy recruiting Talent

Stockport Accountants

Award winning Stockport Accountants IN Accountancy are looking for a  dynamic, forward thinking, tech savvy accountant with good experience in practice to join their growing team.

The firm has gone from strength to strength in it’s almost six years in business, having started as an additional service providing tax review and reclaim work to high net worth individual clients. IN Accountancy then went on to acquire Harrison Newall Accountants in Hazel Grove in 2014, retaining two long serving members of staff there as well as their long established client base.  Since that acquisition the firm has grown organically, winning the majority of new business by word of mouth and referrals from existing clients.  Achieving a net promoter score greater than 70% (or world class by global NPS standards) in each annual client survey is something IN Accountancy are very proud of, and continue to strive to deliver exceptional service to all their clients.

In October 2015 IN Accountancy won the Stockport Business Awards award for ‘Most Promising New Business 2015’, and have been finalists in The TOMs (The Talk of Manchester Awards) for three years running, culminating this year in winning the category and award for Best Boutique Accountancy Firm 2018. With organic growth having delivered top line sales growth averaging almost 30% per annum since the 2014-15 financial year, experience has shown this most recent award will set the stage for a further extended period of significant growth.

Sarah Harkness, Managing Director of IN Accountancy had the following to say:

“I’m absolutely delighted to have been recognised at The TOMs as Best Boutique Accountancy Firm 2018, and would like to take this opportunity to thanks all those who voted for us. We have seen in the past how recognition such as this can drive future growth, and we are gearing up for this by looking for a new senior member to the accounts and tax team”

The team at IN Accountancy pride themselves in being part of a fast moving, forward thinking firm who are a Xero Silver champion Partner, and already ‘MTD Ready’. Always striving to stay one step ahead, the next member of the team will support the firm to achieve this growth while maintaining the high delivery standards of which they are rightly proud.

The ideal candidate will be a clear and confident communicator, and will have excellent experience with high net worth individuals and owner managed businesses.  They will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and will be able to both manage their own workload, hit multiple deadlines and prioritise work according to client and business needs. Xero and Sage software experience is essential, as is experience of the management and development of junior staff.

If this sounds like you, or someone you know, then please get in touch with us to find out more about joining the IN Team.
