IN-Troducing Andy’s (not so) secret passion…

Andrew Tyler & Arturo Tappin

Now this, I suspect I might get in trouble for…

Some of you will already know that aside from your accounts, his Dalmatian and the Lake District, Andrew Tyler has another passion in his life – the saxophone, which he plays in not one, not two, but three big bands.

The last couple of weeks have been pretty exciting for him on this front. Sell out gigs aside (and there have been many), he was recently commended as ‘Student of the Week’ by Nigel McGill’s Sax School.

[For those of you interested in creating an impressive online subscription training / education business and setting yourself up as a real authority in your field, you could do worse than learn from Nigel – he is truly amazing and innovating all the time]

Then to top that all, while on holiday last week he had the honour and privilege to play alongside one of the best modern jazz saxophonists (and an all round ultimate cool dude), the amazing Arturo Tappin. I suspect a wine or two before hand helped settle the nerves a little…

All the bands Andy plays for do their bit to raise money for a wide variety of local charities, and you can find out more about each of them by following the links below:
