The business was established in 2016 by “The Helens” who, as one client put it, ‘aren’t your usual HR types’!
The Helens are Helen Manson and Helen Kirk-Blythe, who bring charisma, friendliness, and excitement to the world of HR.
They offer a range of services, from disciplinary management and exit strategies, to grievances, HR policies, and sickness management.
Since it’s foundation in 2016, ComplexHR has seen steady growth and a successful client retention rate.
Clients are obviously impressed by the amount of value added to their business, not to mention the personable, proactive service provided by the Helens.
ComplexHR has always gone above and beyond for their clients, upholding ComplexHR’s outstanding reputation.
Despite this, the Helens had been having real issues with the tax and finance side of the business – something that many business owners struggle.
Their previous accountants filed their tax returns late, did not advise them how much money they to put away for tax, and the Helens did not properly understand their accounts or tax liabilities.
ComplexHR was also lacking useful, proactive support from them – there was a general lack of communication and responsiveness, causing them to eventually seek a change in accountants.
