Client satisfaction is up

Client satisfaction is up on last year’s figures according to survey results just in.  Our net promoter score has also increased from 56 to 80, meaning that of those who responded, more people are prepared to say good things about us and refer us to others!

“It’s so important to us to find out what our clients think. While obviously it’s great to hear positive feedback, it is at least equally as important to listen to any concerns and areas for improvement. We want to build a great business and that means not resting on our laurels and looking for continuous improvement in our delivery and service, especially through times of change” said Sarah Harkness, Managing Director of Stockport accountancy firm, IN Accountancy.

70% of those who responded said that they were completely satisfied with the service,  which is up from 50% last year.

“While everyone agreed that we understand our client needs well, satisfaction with how quickly we complete work has gone down slightly, so this is an issue our team is determined to work on,” explained Sarah.

Other feedback confirmed that everyone wants to see tips on reducing tax in the monthly newsletter –  so we will be sure to include more of those.
