Customer survey results are still rolling in…

The results are still coming in from our client satisfaction survey and so far everyone has rated us good or very good in terms of how helpful and approachable we are and also in how understanding we are of client needs.

We have also had some lovely feedback in answer to a question about what we would need to do, for you to recommend us. Clients gave answers such as ‘none, it works for me’ and ‘I can’t really ask for much more without being ridiculous!’

It was interesting however, that the majority of our customers did not know that for every referral who becomes a client, we donate £50 to Francis House.

It really is easy to do this. Just pass the contact details of your friend, colleague or relative to us and tell them to expect a call. There’s no limit to the number of people you can refer and we will make a £50 donation for every new introduction upon our appointment. And if you don’t have a referral to give, don’t worry – you can still support this fantastic charity by making a donation via our JustGiving page.
